Extended Day Kindergarten Program (EDKP)
Registration for this program is not available online.

TUITION ASSISTANCE (TAG) GRANTS
Check here if you wish to receive an application for TAG funds. A limited number of Tuition Assistance Grants for families demonstrating financial need are available each year. Applications will be accepted and considered by the review committee in July and January of each year. Applicants who wish to be considered for Fall 2008 grants must have completed applications into the HCC office by July 6, 2008. All applications received after that date, through January 7, 2009, will be held and reviewed in January, when the committee will meet again to review applications. Awards made in January will be for the remainder of the school year, and based on funds available. (Applications can be downloaded here).

TO REGISTER:

Please submit this completed registration form. A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $40.00 (first child) plus $25.00 for each additional child, payable to "HADDONFIELD CHILD CARE". You will also be required to sign an Enrollment Agreement. Fall registrations received after June 1st are subject to a $5.00 additional charge. Your enrollment will be considered complete once all required entrance paperwork has been received by HCC.

In order to begin on the first day of school, children must be fully enrolled by August 20 at 3:00 p.m. The HCC Office will be closed from August 21 through September 1, and will re-open September 2. Beginning that date, all children fully enrolled by any Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. will be able to begin the following Monday.

IN ADDITION, FOR EXTENDED DAY KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM (EDKP) REGISTRANTS ONLY:

Please note that EDKP space is extremely limited. Registration is on a first-come, first served basis, and must be made in person, either at HPS Kindergarten Registration Day, February 4 (highly recommended), or in the HCC Office on or after February 5. Please note that an additional non-refundable $100 deposit will be required for each EDKP registrant by March 17 in order to continue to hold a space.

Once both your Registration and Enrollment Agreement are received in the HCC office, you will be responsible for paying the first full month's tuition for the schedule you have indicated, as well as all other tuition policies as outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.
